Anna Getzinger is a professional Forensic Artist and Medical Illustrator. Her specialty is digital anatomical illustrations with a focus on maxillofacial anatomy. She has experience in a variety of forensic techniques including facial reconstruction, forensic photography, age progression, regression, and more. She is a Professional Member of the Association of Medical Illustrators and is serving on the Program Committee for 2026. 
Her educational background consists of a MSc with Merit in Forensic Art from the University of Dundee in the UK. Anna's dissertation titled "From a Child's Perspective: The Development of Facial Recognition and its impact on Juvenile Eyewitness Testimonials and Forensic Composites" combines research and education for forensic specialists to use when creating facial composites for witness identification. 
She received a Bachelor of Art & Design & Minor in Psychology; from the University of Michigan, specializing in the area of adolescent psychology and development. ​​​​​​​
